A speed camera placed on South St captured the image of a rider doing 130km/h in a 60km/h zone with his legs dangling over the front of a 900cc Honda FireBlade motorcycle. Just 23 minutes later the rider returned again - this time kneeling on fuel tank while giving one-fingered salutes to the camera.
