Honda makes a unique Civic that you can refuel at your own home for $1.25 a gallon or even less (fuel cost equivalent to a gasoline car that gets 90-110 mpg), AND you can go solo in the car pool lane too. lower emissions than hybrids also, and the cost is not much more than a Prius. so why isn't anyone buying it?
